
DJR created a customer service program for clients which is known as Service Beyond Belief which teaches staff and providers the importance of exceeding patient expectations through every encounter they have. DJR developed courtesy calls, which is a scripted friendly reminder of upcoming appointments, re-scheduling a missed appointment or why it is important for a patient to return for a check-up after an absence of time. Courtesy calls are designed to improve patient compliance, clinical outcomes and profit.

DJR has developed a simple method for recording graphic statistics for clients that allow everyone on your staff to know at any moment if they are on target to reach their desired goals. Statistics objectively monitor healthcare providers, support staff and will improve all aspects of time management, money & profit within the company.

Chiropractors can “currently” own an OPT/ORF and “currently” OPT/ORF applications are being accepted in most states. DJR is proud to be one of the only consultants in the entire USA who boasts a 100% pass rate in the extensive and extremely difficult Medicare certification OPT/ORF process. Our senior coaches are highly trained and assist our clients in becoming Medicare certified as out-patient rehabilitation facilities (ORF’s). These facilities are highly respected for the services they provide in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and ancillary services. ORF’s are Part A facilities, granting them special privileges which are not offered to Medicare providers recognized as Part B.

As a client, DJR can get your office surveyed and you “currently” can get a Medicare facility number…but Medicare could change the regulations which allow DC’s to own ORF’s & CORFs at anytime or could stop certifying new facilities – so DJR highly recommends anyone wanting this to act promptly. DJR stresses the importance of becoming an ORF to clients, but as you see, the ORF is just one part of the entire program.
Becoming an ORF is very complex and requires a thorough knowledge of Medicare rules, regulations and what is required in the certification process. Clients of the DJR program receive:
Preparation of the extensive and complex Medicare application
Preparation for you to participate with a Fiscal Intermediary (FI)
Personalized / customized manuals as required by Medicare
Preparation of provider, staff and service agreements
Training of your staff to function as an ORF & multi-specialty group.
DJR actually travels to your office
DJR will send one of our trained surveyor’s to the office of our clients & will spend ½ day at the office to perform a mock survey. Our surveyor will inspect the office from front to back door just as a Medicare inspector will do when they arrive at your office, except this time we will provide you with a detailed written report of deficiencies and corrective action plans to ensure your passing the actual, real survey when Medicare arrives at your office. Medicare will only give you one chance to pass and 2nd inspections are even more difficult but DJR has a sterling record and never had a client fail or score less than 92% on any Medicare survey and all clients have passed on the first attempt.
You may request Dr DJR himself visit your office for an additional nominal fee.
Compliance Coaching
DJR stresses the importance of compliance to all federal, state and professional rules and regulations. DJR works in association with compliance consultants, healthcare attorneys, medical record documentation authorities and billing & coding experts. Compliance is essential to the long-term success of any healthcare office. Predictability and consistency in business is a vital key to long-term success and is often the fundamental factor which allows CEO’s and/or business owners to control their business rather than the business controlling them.

HIPAA / OSHA Committee’s & Mandated Reports
All types of healthcare providers are required to be aware of and compliant with all federal, state, professional policies, procedures, rules & regulations as published by HIPAA, OSHA, CMS and any regulatory agency. This is difficult for a practicing healthcare provider to do in consideration of the extensiveness and volume of the Stark Amendments as well as all other mandated regulations. Operating a multi-specialty group further requires that an internal governing committee regulate infection control, safety, human resources, incidents and submit documented reports as required. DJR senior coaches teach our clients how to simplify these complicated procedures which generally only require a few hours a week to perform or our Insurance Billing, Coding & Credentialing expert can do it for you.

Ethics * Values & Integrity
DJR operates on a very high standard of Christian ethics, morals, values and integrity. NO lectures, podcasts, coaching and/or consulting is performed on Sundays, encouraging DJR clients to spend time in worship and with their family. Clients who do not maintain a commitment to operating their practice in a legal and compliant manner, jeopardize the entire DJR program &/or other clients & cannot be allowed to continue with any DJR program & will be released as a client.

Fee for Services
All services provided by person(s), companies or organizations that may be associated with DJR, but who are not part of the DJR program are billed to clients at a fee for service. DJR recommends all clients to know all terms & conditions with all parties prior to any work beginning to eliminate any misunderstandings. DJR is not responsible for any agreement, fee for service and will not intervene on any person(s) behalf in a dispute.

Credit Repair
Up to 75% of Americans have credit scores <650 so if you have a blemished score DJR can help. Once you are a DJR client our staff of financial / credit repair coaches can assist you in erasing negative credit marks & help restore your good credit in just months PLUS can show you how to refi-loans you may have at premium rates. Credit repair is a fee for service and is not included in any DJR program fees.

Return on the Investment
DJR isn’t an expense…it is an investment in your future. You pay DJR once for applicable consulting – but your passive income can continue for life. Just 10 new PT patients a month receiving specific services and/or participating in a specific Profit Center can produce more revenue than the DJR fee and the knowledge & training DJR provides you can continue a lifetime, thus producing an amazing income opportunity, month after month. Like any investment, our clients are investing in their career & future. Results published in this brochure and/or which may be stated by a DJR staff member may not reflect routine growth and are not guaranteeing you can or will achieve these results because similarly to an academic program of study, clients will receive training, tools, guidance and ideas, but it is up to our clients to apply them as instructed. DJR does not routinely contact clients and rely on our clients to contact DJR for questions, needs or concerns.
