We will ask you to complete a PPQ (practice & personal questionnaire). DJR staff will analyze and submit you a 60-100+ page PPAR (practice & personal analysis report). The PPQ & PPAR allow us to really get to know you on a personal level & create a customized step by step program just for you.

DJR staff go to work for you immediately upon receipt of your new client application & payment. Within the first 3 months the DJR staff is assisting you in building a solid foundation for your new, expanded multi-specialty practice. We coach you in target marketing to stimulate your current practice new patient volume and patient retention.
Our Senior Coaches show you how to assess and improve your insurance / billing / coding & credentialing department and Dr. DJR works one-on-one with you as a mentor, encouraging, motivating and empowering you while he pro-actively is guiding you through the complexities of rules, regulations, policies, procedures & protocols.
Within 7 – 10 days

Within 90 days
▪ When eligible the DJR on-site surveyor travels to & visits your clinic for a ½ day survey

▪ When you are ready DJR staff guide you in recruiting a physical therapist &/or MD / DO / DC / CNP-PA
DJR encourages all clients to have a personal mentor to guide them through difficult times and challenges. DJR senior coaches can be sought after as a mentor and may be available to clients during quarterly seminars for face to face private consultations and/or during normal business hours between seminars for e-mail communication.
DJR has a staff of senior coaches who are available to clients during normal business hours. DJR does not assign one senior coach to a client because all of our senior coaches function as a TEAM with each being trained in specific areas of expertise. Senior coaches are available in:

Are required to already be a successful DJR client and own or work in a DJR multi-specialty, Medicare certified clinic. Senior Coaches & Mentors & Masters know what works and what doesn’t and are very friendly & knowledgeable. They are also veteran DJR clients who have become successful through implementation of the DJR principles and practices and are available to confidentially and privately mentor and master any DJR client. DJR also associates with outside experts, who serve on a referral basis. DJR referral associates are available in:
