Getting Started 

By now we hope you can see how detailed, precise, extensive and unique the services with DJR are we suspect you may feel  a little overwhelmed by the volume of information we have shared and you may be feeling 'it seems too good to be true'. Our  services are considered by many to be the best of the best because we are so committed to assisting you achieve your  goals, dreams and desires and are prepared to coach, consult and mentor you with expertise and in a one-on-one  environment that creates you confidence that you have an entire team of experienced healthcare business consultants  guiding you every step of the way.   

So…you are probably asking…how do I get started and what’s next? All you have to do is complete & sign the New Client  Application & Agreement. Once you have finished and/or if you have any question or want to let us know how you plan to pay  your client fee please call our office and ask to speak with our Client Service Director or me personally. Upon receipt of your  signed application, agreement, & client fee our staff will immediately go to work and each senior coach will call you. I'm  excited for you & look forward to hearing from you. 

The Next Step 

Registering you as a new client is the first step and we attached everything you need in this new client information *  application & agreement packet which we are sending electronically to maximize efficiency. This is a great time to join DJR.  We can immediately assist you and prepare you to maximize your potential this year. Within 48-72 hours of being registered  as a new client our senior coaching staff will be in contact with you and you will see things start to happen.  

1. Complete Application on next page, read & sign the agreement & attach your payment or select payment option 2. E-mail both pages to 'docrodden@gmail.com' 

3. Photocopy the Application, Agreement and your Payment as a copy for your records 

4. Send it all to us via FedEx. 

5. We are excited you are about to be in our network of clients...so call us for anything.
