DJR Healthcare Consultant Fees
Most new clients join the DJR program because they "want it all now & want to grow quickly" and when a doctor joins DJR they immediately have unlimited access to all profit centers, services & coaching for 48 months (4 years) for a one-time fee of $54,745.
1. Loan the money to your corporation and earn 18% personally.
If you personally have the money, loaning your own company the funds at 18% interest is the best personal return on your investment. DJR will provide a loan document which you will personally sign as the lender and you will sign personally as the borrower, because you own the company. This is a unique opportunity for you to collect as much as $10,000+ in interest on the money you will loan you own company. This is a win-win.
2. Write a company check and take advantage of the applicable tax benefits.
3. Pay with a credit card, either personal or corporate, and take advantages of applicable tax benefits and earn a significant amount of points with your credit card carrier. A 3% surcharge will be added to MasterCard, Visa, and Discover card purchases.
4. Borrow the money from your bank as a line of credit.
DJR has a special financial and banker packet that will illustrate to any lender what the DJR program is all about and the projected income growth that can be afforded your practice and you personally. Banks and lenders are usually very interested in helping you and your business expand and realize the benefit of DJR as a consulting and coaching resource for you.
5. Use a DJR private finance lender.
DJR has a relationship with private financial lenders that will consider lending any doctor...even with a credit score of 625+ up to $60,000 with monthly payments of approximately $1,350. These loans are typically approved in 2-5 business days with minimal paperwork and hassle. Please call our office to be connected with one of the private lenders. As your practice grows DJR encourages you to accelerate principal payments, reduce debt, and develop a strong credit history.
Bankers & Lenders
Bankers & Lenders are an important part of your practice and a healthy relationship with a banker, lender or financial broker is vital to your practice. Bankers & lenders like to see 'numbers' and 'value' the strengths or needs of your practice through profit & loss statements, balance sheets and bank statements. DJR works with many bankers & lenders and our CFO prepared a 25 page 'financial prospectus' of charts, graphs & projections for DJR clients. This prospectus is not intended for you to use without our professional guidance so please call us. Once you introduce us to your banker, Dr DJR or one of our experienced staff will talk with them on your behalf...but if you do not have a lender or broker talk with Dr DJR because he has a broker & lender who is interested in helping all DJR clients.
